If you are a skilled teacher experienced in KS3, KS4 and KS5 (IBDP & A-Level), passionate about creating independent, internationally minded and curious pupils, enjoy the challenge of teaching mixed attainment groups, and want to work in a high-performing school with excellent external exam results, we would love to hear from youRESPONSIBILITIES:Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in line with the UK National Curriculum and local requirements.Plan, feedback, and teach in line with school and departmental procedures.Prepare and deliver schemes of work in accordance with school policies.Maintain a working knowledge of National Curriculum and other documents.Maintain records of pupils’ progress including all statutory documents required by the UK DFE.Produce reports and grades for pupils as per the school calendar.Conduct termly interviews with parents to discuss and explain their child’s performance and progress.Provide and maintain an attractive and stimulating environment for effective teaching and learning.Monitor progress and the effectiveness of class work and evaluate and modify planning and teaching as necessary.Differentiating accordingly based on students’ needs.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:Be an inspiring, creative, and passionate teacher whose practice is rooted in Quality First Teaching.Believe in the importance of supporting and developing the whole child.Have experience teaching Mathematics to IBDP Level and/or A-Level, demonstrating value added to pupil outcomes.Be excited about working for a school judged to be “outstanding in all areas” and able to explain contributions to that environment.Be committed to working collaboratively with pupils, parents, and peers for the best outcomes.Adapt teaching methods to support pupils whose first language may not be English.Be a dedicated team player with a “can-do” attitude and eagerness to contribute to the wider life of the school.Be a reflective practitioner with a keen interest in personal and professional development.Be fluent in English and demonstrate articulate spoken, written & technical language.Share a commitment to pastoral care and the role of staff in developing the “whole” child.Support the dedication to technology and embrace virtual reality, artificial intelligence, and associated technologies.SAFEGUARDING STATEMENTInspired Education Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers, and third parties to share this commitment.
