Esta persona será responsable de liderar y escalar el equipo de gestión de cuentas en Alemania, asegurando una alta retención de clientes y generando oportunidades de venta adicional. Además, actuará como enlace clave entre los clientes y el equipo de Producto, comunicando las necesidades específicas del mercado alemán. Responsabilidades: Dominio del alemán y excelente nivel de inglés. Experiencia comprobada en liderazgo de gestión de cuentas, preferiblemente en un entorno SaaS o basado en suscripciones. Habilidades comerciales centradas en la retención, expansión y upselling. Capacidad para trabajar estrechamente con equipos de Producto y comunicar necesidades del mercado. Enfoque basado en datos para la toma de decisiones y ejecución de estrategias. Experiencia en entornos internacionales y de rápido crecimiento es un plus.
