Buscamos un/a Director/a de Proyecto para supervisar la construcción y puesta en marcha de un proyecto minero estratégico en España. El puesto reportará directamente a la Dirección General de la empresa.Envíe su solicitud a continuación después de leer todos los detalles y la información de apoyo sobre esta oportunidad de trabajo.Principales responsabilidades:Durante la fase de construcción:Gestión de contratos EPC y contratos minerosSupervisión de la ejecución de obra, cronogramas y presupuestosAsegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas HSEOrganización del reclutamiento y estructura de RRHH para la fase operativaDurante la fase operativa:Dirección de las operaciones mineras diariasPlanificación y optimización de la producción a corto, medio y largo plazoCoordinación de los servicios técnicos (geología, minería, procesamiento)Elaboración de presupuestos anuales y seguimiento de la ejecución presupuestariaMáster en Ingeniería de Minas o Ingeniería en Procesamiento de MineralesValorable MBA o formación de posgrado en gestión empresarialExperiencia mínima de xcskxlj 10 años en construcción y/o operación de proyectos minerosSe valorará experiencia previa en España o conocimiento de la normativa minera españolaFuertes habilidades de liderazgo, gestión de equipos y dirección de proyectosConocimientos sólidos en HSE, presupuestos y planificación de la producción#J-18808-Ljbffr
