Responsabilidades
Construir y gestionar un equipo sólido. Desarrollar una infraestructura escalable de DevOps y MLOps. Apoyar la transición a un modelo SaaS. Gestionar cargas computacionales a gran escala.
Colaborar con liderazgo y reportar directamente al CTO.
Requisitos
Máster en Ciencias de la Computación o campo relacionado.+5 años de experiencia en ingeniería de software o DevOps.+2 años liderando equipos de DevOps o plataformas tecnológicas. Experiencia en implementación de soluciones SaaS y despliegue en Kubernetes. Conocimiento avanzado de AWS y Azure. Habilidades de liderazgo, gestión de prioridades y comunicación clara en inglés.
PhD en Ciencias de la Computación o similar. Experiencia con bases de datos SQL Server, MySQL o PostgreSQL. Diseño y despliegue de infraestructuras para machine learning y análisis de datos.
