⭐ Candidata/o ideal Creación de estrategias 360 de marketing y comunicación Gestión de campañas omnicanal Estrategia de Email & Mobile Marketing Gestión de proyectos Conocimiento funcional de SFMC Estructura de contenidos de Email y Push Habilidades de análisis de datos Interpretación de insights y comportamiento del cliente Funciones y responsabilidades Definir la estrategia para grandes campañas promocionales del año y coordinar campañas multicanales de CRM Colaborar en la definición de estrategia de canales, público objetivo final y criterios de personalización con el input del Especialista de Segmentación Supervisar una estrategia eficiente de campañas en todos los canales (email, push, inbox, SMS, Whatsapp), incidiendo en la personalización para garantizar contenidos relevantes para los clientes Realizar evaluaciones periódicas (mensual, anual) de la eficacia de los canales utilizados, proponiendo acciones correctivas según el rendimiento y las tendencias del consumidor Coordinar proyectos de mejora del mix de canales: definición de requerimientos, construcción del business case, estrategia de testing, seguimiento del proyecto e implementación Dirigir esfuerzos hacia la personalización efectiva de las comunicaciones para mejorar los indicadores claves de cliente Definir la estrategia para grandes campañas promocionales del año y proponer ajustes según las necesidades de liquidación y resultados de las campañas Analizar datos, identificando patrones, tendencias y oportunidades clave para mejorar las estrategias de CRM Utilizar información relevante para evaluar el rendimiento de las campañas y proponer ajustes basados en el comportamiento del cliente #J-18808-Ljbffr
