This exciting, client-facing role involves leading B2B digital delivery across Email, SMS, and Web channels.Life as a CRM Consultant at MerkleIn this role, you’ll be responsible for digital delivery and business processes, orchestrating success in the following areas:Design Impactful Campaigns: offer practical advice regarding campaign lifecycle decisions for both peers/colleagues and clients.Keep a holistic view on all journeys and activities in your markets and align the client’s market stakeholders with Merkle’s internal delivery team. This requires building client relationships and managing expectations and risks of key internal and client stakeholders on any project.Guidance on test plans, support and consultancy on complex campaigns, customer journeys and new projects to the client and all team members. Incorporate industry best practices.Ensure Process Excellence: Ensure SLAs are met and rigor is maintained at all stages, from briefing accuracy to quality checking and execution.
