**MTORRES**, grupo industrial de tecnologías avanzadas para el desarrollo de soluciones novedosas en la automatización de procesos industriales de alta complejidad, en pleno crecimiento y ampliando equipos, necesita incorporar a su **estructura corporativa**, en su **Centro de Torres de Elorz**, una persona para cubrir el puesto de:
**GLOBAL PRODUCTION PLANNING DIRECTOR, Ref.: 24067**

Incorporándose a la estructura Corporativa Industrial de MTorres, será responsable de organizar, gestionar y coordinar la planificación de la producción de la cartera completa de proyectos de la empresa, optimizando todos los recursos y procesos, para lograr una respuesta excelente a las necesidades de cada cliente.

**Principales Responsabilidades y Funciones**:

- Diseñar y dirigir el Máster Plan de producción de todos los proyectos adjudicados, los proyectos en cartera, proyectos de I+D y servicios, tanto de Aeronáutica como de Converting, en función de las capacidades productivas y optimizando todos los recursos, adaptándolo y manteniendo actualizado a lo largo de la vida completa de los proyectos.
- Coordinar la aprobación del Máster Plan con los equipos de proyecto y aprobar los ajustes necesarios para su integración en el ERP y la gestión de necesidades de subcontrataciones y compras.
- Incorporar la planificación del forecast, dando soporte y apoyo a Ventas para que las Ofertas presenten una respuesta real a las necesidades de cliente.
- Realizar seguimiento y control del Plan para anticipar problemas y ofrecer soluciones coordinadas, así como propuestas de cambios para la mejora de las estrategias y de los procesos y su organización.
- Llevar a cabo análisis y mejora de los Modelajes actuales de los diferentes tipos de Proyectos, mejorando y validando los procesos de montaje, los lanzamientos de diseño, el plan de elementos críticos, los sistemas y programas de aprovisionamiento, etc., con el fin de optimizar capacidades y eficiencias, en base a indicadores de gestión.
- Trabajar en estrecha y continua colaboración y comunicación con los diferentes departamentos, con los PM y las direcciones de área, de manera que consiga coordinar con visión global y orientación de negocio.

**Se requiere**:
Experiência sólida en planificación de la producción industrial, valorándose experiência concreta en gestión por proyectos en industria.

Preferentemente, titulación en Ingeniería, o bien, otra titulación.

Manejo ERP. Preferentemente SAP.

Nível B2 de Inglés.
