Sigue leyendo.El objetivo de Cabify siempre ha sido muy claro: mejorar la movilidad de las personas en las ciudades, conectando a los riders con los drivers a golpe de click, teniendo muy en cuenta la sostenibilidad.Actualmente, están buscando ingenieros con experiencia en cualquier tecnología Backend, aunque en esta posición en particular se trabajará principalmente con Go y algo en Elixir. Creen que incluso si has trabajado toda tu vida en otros lenguajes de programación, como por ejemplo Java, aún puedes aprender Elixir o Go bastante rápido. Para ellos, es más importante incorporar a alguien con bases de programación sólidas que le permitan adaptarse rápidamente al nivel técnico del producto.Tu evoluciónEn 1 mesYa estarás al tanto de lo que es Cabify.Habrás buceado por su handbook, te habrás empapado bien de su cultura, procesos y maneras de trabajar en Producto.Conocerás a tus compañeros de squad y de otras áreas.Trabajarás en proyectos impactantes que involucran a equipos multidisciplinares.Liderarás partes de estos proyectos para ayudar a tu equipo a tener entregables de manera rápida, confiable y de alta calidad.Mejorarás la estabilidad, la escalabilidad y el rendimiento de sus servicios para que siempre cumplan con sus SLAs.Desarrollarás nuevas funcionalidades y ajustarás las existentes basadas en datos en colaboración con su equipo de Data Science.Producirás código simple y mantenible buscando siempre mejorarlo.Serás el dueño de tu propio código y lo desplegarás en producción.Ejecutarás lo que hayas construido, utilizando orquestadores y tecnologías de monitorización de vanguardia.Como buen copiloto, ayudarás al equipo de Ingeniería a priorizar las tareas técnicas, dar forma a las decisiones y enfrentar nuevos desafíos.“Oficialmente” tienen un horario de 9h a 18.30h con una hora de comer, pero la gente se organiza como puede.Día laborableVacaciones24 días de vacaciones.Jornada laboralPresencialEsta posición es FULL REMOTE SI QUIERESTendrás contacto con muchísima gente, Cabify tiene un equipo muy bien estructurado.RequisitosSi eres tú la persona que les acompañará en este viaje, deberás traer el siguiente equipamiento de serie:Una gran alineación con sus valores y principios.Un sólido conocimiento de algoritmos y estructuras de datos.Experiencia en el desarrollo de aplicaciones web de mediano y gran tamaño en sistemas distribuidos en un entorno de producción.Experiencia con patrones de diseño y definiendo arquitecturas.Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y ser un buen jugador de equipo.El inglés es el idioma vehicular en el departamento de Tecnología.Si cumples con estos requisitos, no dudes en postularte
