No Offer Description Functions: Isolation and characterization of rhizosphere bacteria of biotechnological interest with additional plant growth–promoting (PGP) capacities. Tasks: 1) Genetic transfer of PGP traits from rhizobial strains with Qualified Presumption of Safety (QPS) through conjugation assays. 2) In vitro analysis of PGP gene expression. 3) Evaluation in plants of the plant growth–promoting capacity (PGPt) through plant–bacteria interaction assays.
