Your mission: We are looking for an enthusiastic Client Growth Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of global clients within the digital advertising industry. As a member of the Growth team you will focus on driving revenue growth, cultivating strong client relationships and fostering long‑term retention. Key responsibilities: Own a portfolio of direct clients and advertising agencies across multiple verticals. Act as primary day‑to‑day point person for all client questions, issues and suggestions, providing strategic recommendations. Monitor, analyze and optimize campaign performance using data‑driven insights to achieve client growth objectives. Build and nurture trust‑based relationships by leading regular check‑ins, reviewing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for expansion. Partner closely with internal teams (Sales, Ad Operations, Supply, Finance) to ensure client goals are met and align efforts across departments. Proactively anticipate client needs, identify pain points and propose creative upsell and cross‑sell opportunities aligned with our product offerings. Manage billing processes, resolve disputes and ensure accurate invoicing on a monthly basis. Develop and implement growth strategies for in‑app performance marketing campaigns, aligning advertiser objectives with company goals. Leverage tools like Excel, Appsflyer and Adjust to analyze data, identify trends and provide actionable insights to clients. Skills and requirements: 1 year experience in Account Management, Client Success or a related role. Basic understanding of the digital advertising industry; familiarity with tools like Appsflyer and Adjust is a plus. Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting. Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal). Strong negotiation, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills. A solid foundation in programmatic advertising and ad tech concepts (e.g., MMPs, tracking links, postbacks) is a plus. Proactive, self‑motivated, and growth‑oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment and working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams. What We Offer:
