LHH San Vito al Tagliamento, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italy Responsabilità Principali Gestione dei reclami cliente: ricezione, registrazione nei sistemi aziendali, analisi delle cause, risposta e risoluzione tramite report 8D. Coordinamento del team Controllo Qualità: supervisione dei controlli in accettazione, produzione, gestione dei resi e delle non conformità verso i fornitori. Supporto operativo: assistenza ai reparti produttivi e di assemblaggio nella gestione delle non conformità e nella raccolta dei costi correlati. Gestione documentale: preparazione e aggiornamento di PPAP, certificati di conformità, dichiarazioni d’origine e certificazioni per prodotti destinati al settore navale. Documentazione tecnica: redazione e revisione di piani di controllo, procedure e manuali operativi. Monitoraggio delle performance: analisi dei KPI e organizzazione di incontri mensili con gli operatori per la valutazione dei reclami e delle azioni correttive. Gestione strumenti di misura: verifica della corretta taratura e utilizzo secondo le normative vigenti. Problem solving e miglioramento continuo: collaborazione attiva con l’Ufficio Tecnico per l’ottimizzazione dei processi. Audit cliente: organizzazione e gestione degli incontri, implementazione delle azioni correttive e monitoraggio della soddisfazione del cliente. Profilo Competenze richieste Ottima conoscenza di disegno tecnico e strumenti di misura Esperienza con metodi di controllo qualità: 8D, PPAP, Control Plan Normative ISO Conoscenza base di FMEA, PDCA, 5S, LPA Buona padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office Completano il profilo: buone capacità relazionali con clienti e fornitori, comunicazione efficace, approccio analitico e orientato alla risoluzione dei problemi, precisione, leadership e attitudine al lavoro in team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
