You'll guide clients through strategic decisions, optimize their ads, and help them maximize ROI on the platform. What You'll Do Support German-speaking clients with Google Ads strategy, performance review, and optimization. Conduct needs assessments to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities. Provide insights, best practices, and recommendations based on campaign data. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction. What We're Looking For Fluency in German + solid English. Background in digital advertising, performance marketing, or sales. Strong analytical thinking and communication skills. Ability to work in a dynamic, consultative environment. What We Offer Full-time hybrid role in Barcelona with a prime office at the World Trade Center.
