This includes managing grade releases, syllabi, and other administrative matters.Attention to Detail: Handle sensitive information, including grades and ethics committee matters. Compile and organize student data and other program-related information with precision.Problem-Solving: Address concerns and queries from faculty and front-office colleagues. Resolve issues related to program management with quick and effective solutions.Proficiency in Excel: Utilize Excel for capturing and recording data, applying shortcuts and formulas, and sorting and filtering information.Customer Orientation: Serve as a liaison between professors, internal stakeholders, and occasionally external parties, addressing questions and comments related to program academics, logistics, and administrative tasks.Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a collaborative environment, showing a proactive and positive attitude.
