Job Description As a Platforms Project Manager, you will use your knowledge in managing Web & Platforms Projects in close contact with both clients, technical and marketing. You will be a point of contact with the local client and local internal teams, managing both local and international teams for Web & Platforms, running content management operations with local client and global teams, and being responsible for managing all deliveries to the local partner. Responsibilities Participating on client calls, including calls in English. Coordinating Web, Platforms, Landings, forms requests, in a big ecosystem. Opening tickets on Jira for central web ops implementations. Manage directly updates on websites through Adobe Experience Manager. Managing & scheduling the workload. Making sure the executions meet quality standards and strategic guidelines. Coordinate external partners and resources. Work closely with the analytics team for web reporting. Qualifications Experience in managing Web & Platforms projects including Content management, Landing Pages, Forms, Local sites... Previous experience in CMS (AEM), JIRA, Confluence. Experience on project management tools such as Trello or Jira Proficiency in Microsoft Office At least 3 years of experience as a platforms project manager preferably in international accounts. Advanced in English (C1 or more) – you will be participating on calls in English, preparing materials and sending emails in English. Will be valued by the Talent Team. Capacity to deal with complexity and multitasking. Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible and proactive. Automotive and Digital Campaigns knowledge is a plus. Basic Figma and Photoshop knowledge is a plus. We think you’re awesome if you: Are super organized and process oriented. Proactive problem solver and communicator. Strong problem-solving skills.
