The Role As an Influencer Marketing Specialist for the L'Oréal account, you will independently manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across key brands. You will work with both micro and macro influencers and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure results-driven, trend-setting campaigns. JobFunctions Lead influencer scouting and negotiation processes tailored to client objectives. Create and present detailed campaign strategies and performance recaps to clients. Track and report on campaign KPIs, working closely with data teams to optimize outcomes. Stay on top of industry shifts, creator trends, and platform updates, especially within beauty, fashion, and lifestyle sectors. Work alongside creative and strategy teams to align influencer content with brand messaging. Requirements At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or content partnerships, ideally in an agency. Proven track record of campaign execution and influencer negotiation. Passionate about social media culture, beauty, and lifestyle trends. Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and social performance metrics. Excellent communication and organization skills.
