Activities: Ensure the product-sampling sessions are planned, communicated, coordinated and conducted successfully. Ensure in-store promotions are carried out according to company policy. Deliver high Category and merchandising standards by developing and implementing the Almarai Category and Merchandising policy. Contribute to better management decision making by providing timely market-related information. Ensure the availability and effective usage of point-of-sale material displays in the market by Region, by channel throughout the territory. Requirement: The Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below: Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business related field. At least 5 years Category management and/or Trade Marketing experience with a reputable FMCG company in the Middle East. A proven track record in Space Planning and Category Management. Category Management Strategy skills. Promotional Design & Execution skills. Trade Marketing & Distribution. Pricing Strategy and Management skills.
