You will play a pivotal role in supporting the transformation of commercial operations delivery across Europe. Reporting to the Commercial Operations Director, you will be responsible for executing automated, future-proof reporting solutions and enabling local market teams to focus on delivering insights and driving commercial excellence. You are energised by change, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited to contribute to shaping the future of commercial operations across Europe RESPONSIBILITIES WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE: Commercial Framework Support the development and execution of the Commercial strategy (channel & customer) with particular focus on sales coverage, execution, and sales performance tracking. Work closely with local commercial teams to ensure alignment with regional frameworks and priorities. Tools & Reporting Maintain, develop, and deliver sales reporting tools that meet market needs and align with business blueprints and performance cadence. Contribute to the roll-out of global sales and customer tools and support the creation of regional solutions to enable commercial teams to succeed. Commercial Support Provide day-to-day support to local commercial teams, ensuring they have the resources and guidance required to maximize impact. Act as a bridge between markets and the regional team to share learnings and address operational challenges. Best Practices & Centre of Excellence Monitor competitive landscape and market context to identify and share best-in-class sales techniques and digital solutions. Support the standardization of practices and tools across markets to drive consistency and efficiency. Project Management (PMO) Lead or support specific commercial operation projects aimed at automation, simplification, and standardization. Track progress, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of project outcomes. Work closely with local commercial operations teams to build capability, share knowledge, and strengthen collaboration across markets. Contribute to a culture of engagement, motivation, and continuous improvement SKILLS THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY Commercial acumen : Strong understanding of commercial operations, sales performance drivers, and go-to-market execution. Technical proficiency : Familiarity with sales tools, CRM systems, and reporting platforms; comfortable working with data and digital solutions.
