It will allow us to innovate and pioneer greater access to high-quality medicines, but we can only do this by bringing the best and the brightest minds together.We are recruiting a smart Digital E-Commex Trainee who can learn and contribute to our mission in Sandoz Iberia.Your responsibilities will include:Support and monitoring of projects and internal processes that allow the evaluation and validation of the company's digital initiatives.Support in the management of documents and information.Participation in the preparation of presentations.Documentation review tasks on projects and/or internal processes both at local and global levels.Preparation of reports and quantitative and business analysis in order to identify aspects of improvement and draw conclusions that serve as a basis for decision-making.Collaboration in the search and analysis of information and documentation that allows obtaining a better vision of the technological context, as well as the different solutions that exist in the current market.Fluid dialogue with other departments to achieve alignment, detection, and management of needs.What you'll bring to the role:Studies in Biosanitary, ADE, Marketing or similar; and are oriented towards the world of digital transformation.Previous experience in project management, data analysis, and consulting (very valuable).High level of English (C1) and native Spanish.High level of office management.Skills: adaptability, communication, proactive attitude, leadership, creativity, analytical capacity, organization, teamwork, commitment, and great capacity for sociability.Why Sandoz?Generic and Biosimilar medicines are the backbone of the global medicines industry.
