Para que tu candidatura sea válida, debes aplicar directamente en https://tinyurl.com/7md7rdwhRocket Digital ofrece un contrato indefinido de Social Media Manager BCN/MAD.⭐Candidata/o idealExperiencia: 2-3 años en gestión de redes sociales en roles similares.Formación: Grado en Publicidad, RRPP o Periodismo; máster en Social Media es un plus.Pasión por redes: Amante de redes sociales y creación de contenidos que conecten.Plataformas: Experiencia en Instagram, TikTok y LinkedIn.Estética: Buen ojo visual, adaptable a redes.Analítica: Habilidad para interpretar informes y optimizar acciones.Copywriting: Experiencia en redacción creativa.Organización: Detallista y organizado.Trabajo en equipo: Colaborativo y comunicador efectivo.Herramientas: Manejo de Hootsuite, Buffer, Mention, Metricool, Social Gest o Brandwatch.⭐Funciones y responsabilidadesCalendarios editoriales: Diseñar y coordinar calendarios específicos para cada cliente, alineados con la estrategia.Análisis de rendimiento: Revisar métricas diarias, semanales y mensuales para evaluar el desempeño.Gestión de presupuesto: Supervisar el presupuesto y ajustar el plan de post-boosting según resultados.Informe de resultados: Reportar métricas clave de crecimiento, participación y reputación social.Gestión de influencers: Coordinar con agencias y asegurar alineación con la estrategia de marca.Contacto con el cliente: Actuar como enlace entre el cliente y el equipo, gestionando cambios y actualizaciones.Colaboración en campañas: Trabajar con equipos internos y externos para campañas de redes sociales alineadas con objetivos del cliente. #J-18808-Ljbffr
