Grow with us and actively shape the future What we expect from you Previous work experience as a Sales Technician or Project Manager in industry or a related field is a plus, but not required. If you have completed a relevant degree, you are a suitable candidate for this position. Proficiency in native Spanish and spoken and written English is required; proficiency in an additional European language is a plus. A solid understanding of machines and the manufacturing industry. An affinity for IT systems and technology to adapt to the role’s technical demands. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Interested? What to expect Meet your team Your tasks will include Collection and Viewing Supervising on-site pick-up and viewing days for smooth operations. Organizing external service providers for pick-ups, cleaning, and scrapping. Handling on-site issues and resolving escalations to maintain workflow. Delivering lots to buyers and ensuring a positive customer experience. Supervising safety protocols and regulations on-site. Managing pre- and post-sales processes, including credits. Preparation and Cataloging of Content Create and organize lot content, prioritizing and grouping items effectively. Enhance auction listings with relevant details like titles and descriptions, including forklift availability. Assess and optimize time spent on activities, shaping marketing and sales strategies. Ensure accuracy in photographing and describing lots, including estimated values. Not the right fit?
