You will work closely with Francesca, Team Leader, and contribute to Qonto's growth in this strategic market.What You Will DoBe a Qonto Ambassador by delighting Dutch customers with sharp, quick technical support and guiding them through the account opening process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience via email and phone.Act as the voice of the customers: capture feedback to improve our product and maintain the WOW effect our customers love.Set up internal processes to improve response to customer requests (update FAQs, dashboards, macros, provide feedback to Ops and Product teams, etc.).Take ownership by identifying anomalies, optimizing processes, and updating colleagues on progress.What You Can ExpectBe part of Qonto's expansion in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Collaborate in a team that values cooperation, communication, and continuous improvement.Master customer service tools like Zendesk, Notion, and others.Hands-on culture with responsibility and decision-making.About Your Future ManagerFrancesca is the Team Leader for Qonto’s Dutch and Belgium team within Onboarding. She focuses on team management, localization of customer service, and creating a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.About YouExperience: up to one year in customer support or handling client challenges.Customer-centric with empathy and adaptable communication.Results-driven with strong multitasking and attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Adaptable to a dynamic startup environment.Languages: Native or near-native Dutch & Flemish and fluent English.At Qonto we value diversity and encourage applicants of all backgrounds.
