At ING, we are looking for a Brand & Communications Specialist.

Your role and work environment :

We seek a talented and enthusiastic Brand & Communication Specialist to join our Brand & Communication Area within the Brand Experience Center of Expertise.

The team is responsible for leading and implementing brand & product communication strategies to foster growth and make the brand memorable and irresistible. Our working style is passionate and honest.

Your key responsibilities :

  1. Create and implement marketing and communication strategies.
  2. Develop and execute 360-degree brand & product campaigns, focusing on digital media.
  3. Collaborate on the development and implementation of the brand's content strategy, leveraging insights to generate value for clients and non-clients.
  4. Create customer-centric and personalized communications across commercial, operational, and content channels.
  5. Identify marketing opportunities.
  6. Define KPIs and analyze results to derive insights.
  7. Coordinate with other marketing areas (e.g., owned media, paid media) and bank departments to ensure timely and consistent activity execution.
  8. Work with external partners such as creative agencies, content creators, and production companies.
  9. Manage campaign budgets, monitor performance, and report outcomes.
  10. Represent the brand as an ambassador.
  11. Stay informed about new trends and competitors.
