Resumen de funciones:
El CIP Black Belt liderará una implementación LEAN rápida y consistente, brindando liderazgo para iniciativas de Mejora Continua (CI), evaluando el desempeño comercial actual, identificando brechas, estableciendo e implementando planes de mejora, monitoreando el progreso y compartiendo las mejores ideas y procesos de su clase. En este puesto, utilizará la CI para alcanzar y superar los objetivos comerciales y generar confianza en la planta en la aceptación de la gestión de cambios y las mejoras del desempeño, manteniendo al mismo tiempo un enfoque en la satisfacción del cliente y la calidad del desempeño.
Tu rol:
Sea el profesional, entrenador, profesor, formador y consultor líder de la instalación en el desarrollo, apoyo y liderazgo de la cultura de CI dentro de su sitio y en todo Flowserve, según sea necesario.
Facilitar acciones de CI y equipos de participación de empleados en toda la plataforma/sitio y en todas las áreas funcionales en la búsqueda de un cambio beneficioso sostenido.
Implementar un enfoque de capacitación de capacitadores y una implementación rápida y sostenida a través de métodos de aprender haciendo
Facilitar la implementación de mejoras a través de equipos de empleados, eventos de CI, proyectos de mejora de equipos y talleres de capacitación LEAN Enterprise.
Proporcionar liderazgo local, coaching y capacitación en pensamiento, procesos y producción LEAN.
Cooperar con la creación, sostener, revisar y medir el progreso en el Plan de CI del Área de Negocios que contribuya al estado futuro.
Centrar a los equipos en CI involucrando a las personas en el cumplimiento de los objetivos de productividad y del sitio/plataforma.
Identificar oportunidades para implementar procesos comunes y mejores prácticas de otras instalaciones dentro de las plataformas y en todo Flowserve.
Difundir y actuar sobre datos relevantes de benchmarking industrial y corporativo.
Garantizar que los beneficios relacionados con las iniciativas de CI se calculen de acuerdo con los estándares corporativos y, en última instancia, se logren dentro del período de tiempo previsto.
Asegurar que las mejoras planificadas se implementen, midan, impulsen hasta el cierre y se trasladen a los resultados operativos.

Tu perfil:
Licenciatura o Licenciatura en el campo relevante y 8-10 años de experiência relevante
Dominio de inglés y español.
Experiência en un entorno de fabricación industrial.
Certificado Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt o LEAN
Practicante de 7 herramientas de calidad (Fishbone, 5 why’s/Ishikawa, histogramas, gráficos de control, análisis de Pareto, diagramas de dispersión y estratificación)
Conocimiento en herramientas estadísticas y resolución de problemas.
Capaz de trabajar con/en todas las áreas funcionales y todos los níveles del negocio.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal, escrita y de facilitación.
Altamente competente en el uso de herramientas de MS Office (Excel y PowerPoint en particular).
Experiência en la Industria o negocios donde LEAN o excelencia operativa es fundamental para el negocio.
Experiência demostrada en gestión de cambios.
Fuerte experiência en facilitación.
Interés por la mejora de procesos y calidad.
Se prefiere experiência en el uso de PDF suite
