A diretto riporto del Group Head of Legal&Tax Responsabilità: Consulenza su tematiche fiscali, nazionali e internazionali, sia per la gestione ordinaria che in occasione di operazioni di riorganizzazione aziendale; Gestire in autonomia la pianificazione fiscale strategica a livello nazionale ed europeo, garantendo la compliance con le normative fiscali locali e internazionali. Supervisionare tutte le attività fiscali, inclusi i dichiarativi fiscali, audit e controlli, assicurando che tutte le pratiche siano eseguite in modo accurato e tempestivo. Fornire formazione e supporto al team interno riguardo a questioni fiscali, promuovendo la cultura della compliance e della trasparenza fiscale. Determinazione della fiscalità corrente e differita, nel rispetto dei principi contabili nazionali e IAS/IFRS, per la predisposizione del Bilancio Consolidato e Separato della Capogruppo, sia in occasione della chiusura annuale che per le chiusure intermedie; Predisposizione e presentazione di Interpelli e/o di risposte in occasione di richieste di informazioni da parte dell’Amministrazione Finanziaria; Gestione e coordinamento di progetti di carattere fiscale sia in ambito nazionale che internazionale quali TCF, fatturazione elettronica, agevolazioni rientranti nel Piano Industria 4.0, Patent Box, E-commerce, BEPS, Pillar Two ecc.; Assistenza su tematiche fiscali a tutti gli enti aziendali (Amministrazione, Finanza, Direzione Marketing, Direzione Commerciale ecc.) sia nel corso della gestione corrente che in occasione di specifiche attività. Vi rientrano per esempio analisi di contratti di fornitura, contratti di emissione di prestiti obbligazionari, contratti con artisti e sportivi, residenti e non residenti ecc.; Gestione e coordinamento degli adempimenti previsti dalla legge in materia di imposte dirette (i.e. IRES e IRAP); Attività di formazione e aggiornamento legislativo in ambito tributario a tutti gli enti aziendali; Gestione e coordinamento delle attività relative alle verifiche e agli accertamenti di natura fiscale, sia nella fase contenziosa che precontenziosa; Predisposizione di documenti e relazione a tutti gli organi di governance aziendale. Almeno 12 anni di esperienza in un ruolo simile, preferibilmente in un'azienda del settore industriale o in un contesto di consulenza fiscale. Conoscenza approfondita delle normative fiscali italiane nonché delle pratiche di compliance e pianificazione fiscale. Capacità di analisi e problem-solving, con attenzione ai dettagli e approccio strategico. Eccellenti capacità comunicative in italiano e inglese Attitudine al lavoro in team e ottime doti relazionali, con capacità di interfacciarsi efficacemente con stakeholders interni ed esterni.
