Job DescriptionHow you will fit in:As the BOM Coordinator, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining BOMs for Men’s/Women’s Design from creation through the development process until final production. You will join an extremely fast-paced team of passionate and energetic creative individuals working towards our vision to be the world’s most fashionable, innovative and inclusive active-lifestyle brand. You will be a highly energetic self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset that understands our brand’s aesthetic and customer for Fabletics.Who you will work with:You will report to the Design Director and partner closely with a design point person within either men’s or women’s team.What you will do:Maintain all BOMs throughout the development process including:partnering with the Design Team to add colorways per style/component into Centric (PLM)Update the BOMs weekly from vendor requested updatesJoin remotely, when possible, to cross-functional document alignment meetings after seasonal assortment and business reviews to update colorways and components.What you can bring:1+ year previous experienceIntermediate knowledge of PLM systemsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Adobe IllustratorExcellent organization and communication skills – verbal & writtenAbility to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment under pressureAbility to learn quickly and adapt to new processesStrong interpersonal skills including the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships among team members, management and cross-functional teamsWhat’s in it for you?Compensation: Our compensation package includes a competitive salary, a flexible annual bonus scheme, and participation in our company equity program.Holidays: Relaxation is important That's why we offer unlimited discretionary paid time off on top of your contractual holidays, plus 4 Fridays off during the Summer, and a Week of rest in the Winter.Professional Development: We want you to have dedicated time for your professional development.
