Actualmente estamos en búsqueda de un/a Customer Service Technician para formar parte de nuestro equipo de Customer Service en Colombia. Como parte del equipo, tu misión será la de asegurar que la clientela estén bien atendida en relación a sus peticiones. Manejar incidencias de servicio, y responsabilizarse de mantener la satisfacción del cliente en referencia a la Empresa. Garantizar la correcta gestión de los datos y procesos relativos a los servicios que se ofrecen
Responsabilidades y funciones
Formarás parte de un equipo cuya tarea principal es la atención, gestión, resolución de peticiones y consultas de los clientes. Darás soporte al equipo de ventas administrativo y comercial, soporte técnico básico por teléfono o correo electrónico a las personas usuarias y asesoramiento comercial sobre los servicios de Lleida.net. Funciones y responsabilidades:

Brindar asistencia a los clientes respondiendo preguntas sobre productos, servicios, pedidos, políticas, etc.
Gestionar consultas y quejas de clientes de manera eficaz, asegurando la resolución de problemas en el menor tiempo posible.
Gestionar peticiones del equipo comercial, en referencia a los clientes de la compañía: redactar contratos de servicio, activaciones y limitaciones de servicio, gestionar informes de consumos, reclamaciones de pagos...
Mantener un registro preciso de las interacciones con los clientes en el sistema CRM.
Canalizar problemas complejos a los equipos de soporte adecuados, asegurando que se sigan los procedimientos correctos.
Garantizar una experiencia positiva del cliente mediante una comunicación clara, eficiente y amigable.
Proporcionar información sobre promociones, productos o políticas de la empresa, según sea necesario.
Cumplir con los indicadores clave de desempeño (KPI) establecidos, como tiempo de respuesta, satisfacción del cliente, entre otros.
Participar en sesiones de formación y actualización de políticas y procedimientos de la empresa.

Requisitos técnicos mínimos
Buscamos una persona con experiencia mínima en venta o soporte técnico básico de 1 año.
Requisitos técnicos deseados
Se valorará muy positivamente disponer de experiencia trabajando con CRMs.
Competencias personales
Para esta posición buscamos una persona con excelente capacidad de comunicación, capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico, capacidad para trabajar en equipo y adaptarse a los cambios.
