Every day, the industry and deugro face the challenges of the logistics industry, and our employees use their expertise to ensure large cargo is transported safely, effectively, and efficiently through innovative and creative logistical solutions.Become a part of our talented deugro team, as we look for a Project Manager in Madrid, Spain.Key Responsibilities:The implementation of a business development plan as well as direct management of all details of project executions under your assignment.Leading all communications with clients and suppliers.Contract reviewing, finance controlling, operation details management, integration of corporate functions into the project, and report of results to management.Creating high added-value technical and commercial proposals as a reply to clients’ tenders for RFI and RFQ.Sourcing from international parties to get the most accurate services purchase pricing for internal and external purposes.Employing company tools such as CRM or TMS to gain maximum advantage from them.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:Successfully completed training in the field of freight forwarding.At least five years’ experience in project cargo freight forwarding, including breakbulk and heavy lift operations.Advanced knowledge of international logistics dynamics.A team player attitude with a distinctive hands-on mentality.Enjoyment in working in a culturally diverse and dynamic environment.Fluent Spanish and English skills, both written and verbal.The willingness to travel on national and international business trips (10–25%).What makes us the ideal choice?A family-owned company established in 1924, has evolved into a leading global specialist in project freight forwarding.
