Tasks

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Accounts Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting our Accounts Team with the following tasks:

  1. Application of payments
  2. Updating and creating accounting reports and ledgers
  3. Liaising with our Directors and Clients
  4. Upkeeping of financial reports and important documents
  5. Identifying and resolving errors in financial reports
  6. Other office and admin duties

As an Accounts Assistant at HCM International, you will play a key role in maintaining the smooth daily running of our department and business through our defined and detailed processes.

Requirements

Candidates must live a commutable distance to Sax, be an excellent timekeeper, a team player, and able to work on one’s own initiative. Proficiency in devising and completing Excel spreadsheets, data entry, and working to financial deadlines is essential. An excellent level of English is required.
