We are looking for a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveller’s journey for millions of holidaymakers. The job in brief: Job Title - Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) Working model – hybrid from Madrid / full-remote from Spain Team - you will join the Product Designer team within the Value Stream department. Level – Professional (working in teams or individually on projects, with emphasis on technical/discipline knowledge rather than managing people) Contract – Permanent – full-time (EUR 36 h/week) What your impact will be Own the full design process, from early discovery and testing to asset delivery and consulting with engineers Work with research, product and tech to deliver products that customers love. Design mobile first. We’re mainly looking for someone to work on the web product, but mobile app experience is a plus. Be part of the Product Design team that you can rely on to share and collect feedback. Aim for the top. Help the team revamp the entire product from a UI/UX perspective. Qualifications Your expertise: Solid hands-on experience as a product designer, preferably in the checkout step in e-commerce or online travel agencies. You have a proven record of delivering products that customers love. You know how to balance user needs and business goals to solve problems that matter. You ask why, you team up with the research team and you dig into the root causes of a problem. You love being a designer and aim for pixel perfection You have a strong portfolio showcasing great UX and UI solutions, having worked on initiatives end to end from Product Discovery to continuous improvements You have humility. We want to work with people who can truly collaborate and help each other. You seek out and translate qualitative and quantitative data to turn it into actionable design insights Deep understanding of design systems, with experience contributing to them at scale.
