Customer Success Manager, Mid Market, French Speaking (Strategic Customer Success Team)Es esencial asegurarse de que cumple con los requisitos como solicitante para este puesto; por favor, lea atentamente la información a continuación.Join Semrush, a global tech company that builds the leading digital marketing platform, to manage a portfolio of mid‑market French‑speaking customers and help them achieve sustainable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesRenewals & Retention: Drive high customer retention and renewal rates by managing the renewal pipeline, ensuring ongoing value, and collaborating with account and marketing teams to identify upsell opportunities.Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and providing strategic recommendations that deepen customer engagement.Renewal Pipeline Management: Maintain a pipeline of high‑growth customers, emphasizing total contract value and long‑term partnership.Drive Customer Value: Collaborate with stakeholders to map key workflows to marketing outcomes, ensuring customers understand how Semrush features deliver value.Customer Advocacy: Represent the customer within Semrush, advocating for improvements based on feedback and staying informed on market conditions and competitive intelligence.Onboarding & Implementation: Deliver consistent, efficient onboarding for new customers and provide unique insights at each touchpoint.Growth Opportunities: Identify and pursue expansion opportunities with Sales & Marketing to grow the customer’s use of Semrush tools.Required Qualifications3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role focusing on enterprise customers in MarTech or SaaS.Strong pipeline management skills and a proven track record of delivering renewals ahead of schedule.Proven experience building relationships with senior stakeholders.Experience ensuring customers see clear connections between their processes and the results Semrush delivers.Ability to deliver renewal results against a quota and manage Books of Business against ARR targets.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain complex concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.General understanding of digital marketing technologies such as SEO, SEM, content marketing, analytics, CRM, and marketing automation.Experience upselling customers and generating qualified leads.Preferred QualificationsAbility to navigate ambiguity and complexity in a rapidly changing global business environment.Experience with international companies.Alignment with Semrush values: Trust, Sense of Ownership, and enthusiasm for Constant Change.BenefitsFlexible working hoursUnlimited PTOFlexi Benefit for hobbiesEmployee Support ProgramFamily member financial aidEmployee Resource GroupsMeals, snacks, and drinks at the officeCorporate events and teambuildingTraining, courses, conferencesAbout the CompanySemrush is a leading online visibility management SaaS platform, empowering businesses worldwide to run SEO, PPC, content, social media, and competitive research campaigns with measurable results.
