ResumenOTIS, líder mundial en el sector de la elevación, está contratando un ASESOR COMERCIAL en obra nueva y/o sustitución de ascensores en ALBACETE.ResponsabilidadesGestión de proyectos enfocados en obra nueva y/o sustitución de ascensores en instalaciones antiguas.Análisis de proyectos (interpretación de planos, inspección de instalaciones, documentación técnica, etc.) y elaboración de presupuestos adaptados a cada uno de ellos.Seguimiento y cumplimiento de todas las fases del proyecto: desde primera inspección hasta una puesta en marcha.Coordinación con el equipo técnico (técnicos o supervisores) para alineación de objetivos y maximización de satisfacción del cliente.Colaboración con subcontratistas a fin de lograr la realización y ejecución de proyectos con calidad.Participación en las reuniones periódicas de su delegación, así como en todas aquellas extraordinarias en las que sea requerida su presencia.RequisitosFORMACIÓN: Diplomatura o Licenciatura preferentemente en arquitectura, ingeniería civil, ingeniería de obras públicas.
