C.H. Robinson is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our Global Forwarding division in Valencia.As a Senior Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving growth for our services by discovering and securing exciting new customers for the branch. In this role, you will engage with peers on-site with the flexibility for remote as well, this role strikes the perfect balance between teamwork and autonomy.If this resonates with you, and you're ready to join a company that values your potential, we’d love to hear your story, apply todayRESPONSIBILITIESThe duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:Fostering customer relationships, making customer calls, and closing dealsUse CRM to identify, call, and track prospects in order to gain core and strategic customer opportunitiesVisit customers and potential clients within the assigned territory 3-to-4 days per weekEffectively execute sales activities to meet or exceed daily, monthly, or annual expectationsBring your own contribution to the regional team, not only by consistently achieving your new net revenue targets, but also by sharing insights and best practices, in order to support the success of the entire sales team and the Branch you work withInterpret how multiple factors affecting market conditions could impact a customer’s supply chain and can deliver a persuasive case for changeMaintain a strong commercial presence in the local marketplace, participating or presenting at regional eventsRemain engaged with customers to maintain relationships and ensure ongoing success of accounts in collaboration with the local assigned Account Executive/Account ManagerQUALIFICATIONSRequired:Minimum 4 years of outside sales experience with a freight forwarderWillingness to travel within assigned territory, minimum 3-4 days per weekFluency in English and SpanishPreferred:A passion for business development with a strong sales mentalityAdvanced knowledge of logistical concepts and supply chain terminologyExcellent communication and presentation skillsDetail-oriented, with the ability to persuade, motivate, and inspire others.A self-motivated and results-driven professional with a positive outlook and a dedication to high-quality work and profitabilityAbility to maintain strong inter-company relationships.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programsAppreciation for a diverse and inclusive work environment.WHAT WE OFFERReal opportunities to grow your talent in a fast-moving, global organizationA fun, open, and inclusive workplace that encourages innovative thinkingPossibility to develop your language skills in our multilingual officesOpportunities for professional growth with access to training platforms like Percipio and GoFluentComprehensive benefits: competitive salary and performance-based bonuses, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) after one year of employmentFlexible work arrangements to support a fulfilling work-life balance
