Lead an outstanding team – manage a high‑performing team of some of the most talented professionals you’ll ever meet, making tough decisions when necessary to uphold excellence. Operate at the sharp end of the industry – help make the company one of the highest‑rated employers in tech and finance.

Master your toolkit – work across diverse tech stacks (monolithic, microservices, gRPC, REST, Kubernetes, Docker, Python, Rust, etc.) and choose the right tools for every challenge. Simplify relentlessly – turn complexity into simplicity, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, writing maintainable code and crafting minimalist architectures.

Competitive pay and equity – salaries range from £151,436 to £250,512 in London, €145,430 to €240,330 elsewhere in Europe, with opportunities to exceed the range for exceptional candidates. Permanent hires receive equity at a discounted price and possible tax benefits for relocation to Italy.

Commitment & contract: Permanent or fixed‑term, full‑time.

Location

Milan (Italy), London (UK), Madrid (Spain), Warsaw (Poland) or remote in selected countries. The selection process Screening will involve tests designed to assess your approach to unfamiliar problems – challenging and potentially time‑consuming.
