CTO Communicator Specialist

You willLead internal communication within CTO2, driving prominent regular events such as townhalls, all-hands, info sessions.Develop and execute a strategic communications roadmap for CTO2 region while incorporating, in alignment with, the Allianz Technology global strategy.Identify and create new campaign opportunities to enhance CTO2 brand and visibility.Liaise with relevant senior management and CTO2 leadership to shape communication around ongoing strategic initiatives.Take active part in the global communications community and act as bridge between local and global communities.Create compelling content for various communication channels, including speaking notes, internal newsletters, social media posts (internal and LinkedIn), and presentations.Your skillsMinimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar roleDegree or equivalent professional experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related fieldExcellent written and verbal – English- communication and strong storytelling skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages for diverse audiences.Strong stakeholder management skills for coordination and proactive communication with C-level executives.Interest in IT transformation and ability to understand strategic transformation topics.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms.Creativity and ability to bring innovative ideas in terms of communication strategy & engagement.Your benefits:We offer a hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance between in-person collaboration and remote working incl. up to 25 days per year working from abroad.We believe in rewarding performance and our compensation and benefits package includes a company bonus scheme, pension, employee shares program and multiple employee discounts (details vary by location).From career development and digital learning programs to international career mobility, we offer lifelong learning for our employees worldwide and an environment where innovation, delivery and empowerment are fostered.Flexible working, health and wellbeing offers (including healthcare and parental leave benefits) support to balance family and career and help our people return from career breaks with experience that nothing else can teach.About Allianz TechnologyAllianz Technology is the global IT service provider for Allianz and delivers IT solutions that drive the digitalization of the Group.
