Are you interested in joining a dynamic and international team of professionals to transform education? IE Corporate & Special Programs is looking for a Program Coordinator to join its team

The Program Coordinator is responsible for the delivery and day-to-day management of projects and activities related to IE's corporate programs, mainly in the Middle East, but also in other regions. This includes serving as the key interface between participants, professors, and various IE departments; coordinating tasks and program components; managing communication flows; supporting logistics and operations; and assisting faculty members to ensure high standards for our corporate participants.

Reports to the Program Manager and Regional Manager. Will interact with faculty, participants, different IE departments, and external agencies involved in program execution.

The selected candidate will be based in Riyadh.

We are seeking a full-time Program Coordinator based in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

Your role as Program Coordinator will involve:

Interaction with Participants:
  • Meet with corporate participants to resolve issues, offer advice, and support with empathy and professionalism daily.
  • Co-manage relationships with class representatives alongside team members.
  • Support participants facing academic or program-related challenges.
  • Manage communications with participants, including regular updates, presentations, and information sessions.
  • Use feedback from participants to identify improvements for their experience.
  • Assist participants and faculty before, during, and after the program.
Interaction with Professors and Departments:
  • Liaise with professors to plan sessions and trips.
  • Coordinate with professors to address participant requests and support program management, including feedback, grades, and syllabi.
  • Collaborate with other IE departments to ensure a successful participant experience.
Internal Development:
  • Proactively learn internal processes, platforms, and tools to deliver quality programs.
  • Coordinate with Program Managers to align on program preparation and delivery.
  • Lead initiatives to improve internal processes, templates, and guidelines.
  • Handle administrative and logistical duties for smooth program operation.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; Arabic is a plus.
  • Cultural awareness to coordinate with a multinational stakeholder group.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Excellent customer management, communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and high accountability.
