En Cluster Valencia estamos en la búsqueda de un HR TRAINEE para el hotel Meliá Valencia.
¿Cuáles serán tus principales tareas?

Insertar ofertas de trabajo en portales de empleo, y realizar criba curricular.
Entrega de recursos y documentación a los colaboradores.
Apoyo en la planificación y organización de las formaciones del personal.
Apoyo en la gestión de la prevención de riesgos laborales del hotel.
Control y seguimiento diario del personal.
Atención a las dudas y solicitudes del personal.

¿Qué buscamos?

Formación en Turismo, ADE, Derecho, Psicología o similar.
Posibilidad de convenio con escuela.
Persona proactiva, dinámica y con alta vocación al servicio.
Alta orientación al cliente interno y trabajo en equipo.
Disponibilidad de Lunes a Viernes a jornada completa.
