If you’re ready to create excellence with us, you’ll be appreciated and rewarded.Mission: What you will do…Strategic Project Development & Project Management:Support strategic projects focused on optimizing supply chain operations, with an emphasis on defining flows, operational strategies, and cost analysis to achieve the best total cost of delivery.Collaborate on project plans, schedules and budgets for transportation and crossdocking improvement/new projects.Collaborate closely with various supply chain departments to align cost analyses, ensuring a holistic approach to total delivered cost improvements.Support the implementation of logistics solutions for new projects, such as platforms, logistic providers, product launches, capacity, or network redesigns.Monitor and report on project progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful project delivery.Economic Analysis and Tool Development:Support detailed economic studies and cost‑benefit analyses for each project to assess feasibility, ROI, and impact on total delivery cost.Refine analytical tools & methodologies that support economic evaluation, enabling data‑driven decision‑making and improved financial oversight across projects.Use insights from these analyses to recommend targeted optimizations and strategic shifts within the supply chain.Innovation and Proposals:Identify innovation opportunities within project scope to improve performance and value creation.Propose new tools, methods, and technologies that enhance project execution. Evaluate results to ensure improvements are effective and scalable.Data Analysis and Decision‑Making:Use data analytics tools and methodologies to make data‑driven decisions in optimizing flows and processes and make recommendations for enhancements.Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of process improvements and innovations.Change Management:Support change by communicating to stakeholders the benefits and rationale for process and operational improvements. Train as needed to adapt to new processes and technologies.Continuous Improvement:Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.Encourage feedback and suggestions from team members and stakeholders.Regularly assess the effectiveness of implemented changes and make adjustments as required.Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.Identify and mitigate potential risks in transport and cross‑docking operations.Develop contingency plans for unexpected disruptions or emergencies.Education & Experience: What We Are Looking For…Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain management, logistics, or a closely related field.Previous experience as a supply chain responsible, project management, supply chain engineering, or in a similar field (minimum five years).Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes, mainly Transport & XDock operations. High level of English and Spanish, other European language is valuable (e.g. French).Knowledge in relevant software tools and technologies, such as data analytics software, project management software, and simulation tools.Experience with Platforms operations, interaction with Logistic Providers and knowledge of international trade is strongly desirable.Skills: What We Expect from you…Capacity to think outside the box and propose new solutions to complex challenges.
