About Company Cracken is a fast-growing Silicon Valley-based startup built by elite nation-state and commercial operators who defended critical cyber infrastructure during the war in Ukraine, researched AI and cybersecurity at MIT and Kyiv Polytechnic, and led teams at Apple, Google, Palo Alto Networks, HackerOne, DIU, Comcast, HP, and more. We tame Cracken, an AI Agent for Cybersecurity with human-in-the-loop. Our flagship product, is an agentic AI copilot drastically scaling cyber assessments for enterprises and governments. We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team. This is a hands-on role focused on designing, building, and maintaining scalable infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will collaborate closely with development, product, and security teams to deliver robust, secure, and high-performing systems that support our SaaS and on‑premise solutions. Responsibilities Take full ownership of DevOps initiatives, driving them from concept to execution across teams. Hands‑on engineering and testing of the product in various capacities, focusing on AI Agent features. Hands‑on engineering and testing of the internal agent’s framework (similar to LangChain / Haystack and others). Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery. Collaborate with developers to optimize build and deployment processes. Stay up-to-date with emerging DevOps technologies and best practices to continuously improve our systems. Requirements 5+ years of hands‑on experience as a DevOps engineer in cloud‑native environments. 5+ years of experience in Python (we can consider less experienced engineers, who learn very quickly and are ready to work in the startup environment) Experience with CI/CD tools. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools. Experience with Generative AI Experience with Generative AI Agents will be a huge plus, specifically: implementation of Generative AI Agents using Langchain / Haystack and others implementation of RAG using LlamaIndex and other advanced RAG frameworks evaluation of AI Agent Performance integration of AI Agents into existing systems Cybersecurity product background: worked on security‑focused software or platforms. Nice To Have Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields. Interest or active participation in cybersecurity‑related activities. Contributions to AI / CS / Cybersecurity research, blogs, or whitepapers showcasing expertise. Experience in developing or contributing to open‑source developer tools or frameworks. Why Cracken?
