We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented QA Analyst, dedicated to a full-time, long-term project focused on ensuring the quality of business-critical applications across multiple modules. This is an excellent opportunity to grow in a stable, long-term role at the intersection of business analysis and software quality assurance , gaining hands‑on experience in agile and hybrid environments .Key ResponsibilitiesDeeply understand core functionalities, business processes, and system architecture of key applications.Design, execute, and maintain functional test cases aligned with business requirements.Translate user stories and requirements into well‑defined, testable scenarios .Identify, document, and manage defects , collaborating with developers for resolution.Contribute to backlog refinement sessions from a QA perspective.Perform integration and end‑to‑end testing across related modules.Drive and improve testing methodologies and QA practices within agile and hybrid setups.Act as a quality advocate, ensuring smooth communication between technical and business teams .Must‑Have Requirements3–4 years of hands‑on experience in functional testing and software validation .Proven track record working in agile (Scrum) environments.Strong background in test case design, execution, and defect tracking .Experience with Jira and familiarity with Xray for test management.Close attention to detail and commitment to delivering top‑quality outcomes.English B2 level or higher , able to communicate effectively with international teams.Proactive and independent , comfortable working autonomously in a long‑term setting.Nice‑to‑HaveAcademic or professional background in Information Technology or Information Systems .Experience with integration testing across interconnected systems.Exposure to hybrid delivery models (Agile + Waterfall).Participation in backlog refinement or sprint planning from a QA standpoint.What Makes This Role Stand OutFull‑time, long‑term project with real stability and growth potential.Opportunity to drive quality across business‑critical, globally used systems .Daily collaboration with international development teams and Product Owners .Hands‑on exposure to agile and hybrid delivery models in a mature organization.A role that combines business insight, technical understanding, and testing leadership.#J-18808-Ljbffr
