Job Description We’re looking for a Business Data Analyst Trainee to join our team in Madrid and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally. Founded by two ex‑Googlers in 2014, we’ve grown to over 600 Seedtaggers across 18 countries, raising €250M to revolutionise digital advertising. Your Challenge Support the Data & Insights team in transforming data into meaningful business insights. Assist in analysing the performance of Seedtag’s Contextual products and internal processes. Help build tools and dashboards that support data‑driven decision‑making across teams. Learn how to automate internal processes to increase team efficiency. Gain exposure to the adTech ecosystem and develop business acumen. Collaborate with experienced analysts and actively participate in team discussions. Take ownership of learning opportunities and technical development. What You’ll Need To Succeed Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. Strong interest in data analysis, business intelligence, and technology. Basic knowledge of SQL and a willingness to develop your technical skills. Some academic or personal experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) or Excel/Google Sheets. Curiosity about data visualisation tools such as Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms. Detail‑oriented mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude. Motivation to understand how data impacts business decisions. A good level of English, both written and spoken. Additional Skills (Nice to Have) Have worked on academic or personal projects involving data analysis or reporting. Have taken online courses or earned certifications related to SQL, data analytics, or visualisation. Understand basic business KPIs or performance metrics. Why Join Seedtag?
