PMO Coördinator

Opportunity – Project Coordinator We are looking for a Project Coordinator to collaborate with one of our international client’s project management team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth project execution, supporting governance compliance, coordinating stakeholders across multiple countries, and helping the organization integrate the new platform seamlessly. This role requires close collaboration with global and local teams, IT, business stakeholders, and external partners—contributing to high-quality delivery and continuous improvement of project management processes. Support the Project Manager in planning, execution, and coordination of project activities. Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. Prepare, maintain, and structure project documentation (plans, reports, meeting minutes, change requests). Ensure adherence to the project governance framework, maintaining consistency with established methodologies. Coordinate and document project meetings: agendas, notes, and follow-up actions. Track project progress and maintain updated dashboards and reporting materials. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders across different geographies. Support risk and issue management, helping identify and follow up on mitigation actions. Prepare high-quality presentations and communication materials with a strong consulting mindset. Contribute to improving project management processes and methodologies. Experience in project coordination or project management support roles. Strong IT literacy and solid MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project). Excellent ability to create executive-level presentations and clear communication artifacts. High proactivity and ability to anticipate project needs. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello). Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and handle expectations. Fluent English and Spanish. ✨ Basic understanding of risk, issue, and change management processes.
