We put people first, care fiercely, earn trust with science and solve with courage – and have brilliant opportunities waiting for you Join us in shaping our future–and yours.What you will do The Southern Europe Essential Health Project Manager will play a critical role in driving the Essential Health restage and sustainability agenda and in managing E2E product lifecycle efforts.The Project Manager will report to the Essential Health Southern Europe Marketing Manager. This highly visible role requires a talented leader that can effectively influence at all levels of the organization and lead cross functional teams. This person will also possess strong strategic planning capabilities with the ability to manage complex projects and planning intricacies.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing large complex projects & programs through the full project life cycle – from planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closureCreate and manage project schedules, resource plans, budget (planned, actual and forecast), scope management plan and risk management planManage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectivesDrive project delivery to meet stakeholder objectives while maintaining project delivery qualityEnsure that all deliverables are on track and executed as per the planDrive the cross-functional workstream to ensure schedules are metUnderstands and supports the company’s goals and objectives, and makes certain that his/her actions and decisions are consistent with themFollow all control and compliance regulationsServes as subject matter expert in routinely briefing key stakeholders on different aspects of assigned initiativesProvides various administrative services necessary to keep the project on track such as status reporting, resource planning, others.What we are looking forBachelor’s degree is required.PMO certification is a plusExperience using a project management tool such as MS Project / Teams and Excel is requiredExemplary communication skills (written, presentation, meeting management, documentation)Strong project delivery skills - accurate project planning, deliver to milestone dates, manages resources effectively, communicates status effectively, manages risks & issues, and can juggle multiple activities at once to accomplish goalsExperience with data flows, data hub, data migration and data warehouse is a plusExperience with enterprise-wide implementations and having Finance experience is a plusDemonstrated experience delivering on projects of various sizes & duration. Highly adaptable to changing needs within the organization - adapts to rapidly changing priorities is requiredAbility to establish new processes and systemsExtensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques is preferredStrong attention to detail in planning the intricacies of projects and in making sure project dependencies, conflicts, and issues are resolved in a manner maximizing the value delivered to the businessStrong understanding of financial management principles as it relates to project management and delivery of a business case (budget vs. earned progress, capital vs. expense, etc.) is requiredWhat’s in it for youFlexible schedule with hybrid modeMedical insuranceWellness programEmployee Resource GroupsKenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
