1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably in fashion.
2. Fluent English (essential); additional languages are a plus.
3. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
4. Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
5. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
