Our process starts from conceptualization and design, leading to manufacturing and distribution. ⚡ What we are looking for: We’re looking for our next Purchasing Specialist If you’re a strategic thinker with strong supplier management skills, experience in procurement, and fluency in English, this role is perfect for you. As a Purchasing Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving the company’s procurement strategy, ensuring smooth supply chain operations, and optimizing costs while maintaining high-quality standards. Your responsibilities will include: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiate contracts, and drive continuous improvement. Manage purchase orders, inventory levels, and supplier deliveries to ensure timely and accurate procurement. Analyze and optimize the supply chain to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Oversee ERP (Dynamics) system data (e.g., BOMs, supplier references) and ensure accuracy in procurement processes. Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, accounting) to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues. Manage international purchase documentation, compliance, and import/export-related incidents. Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, negotiate terms, and develop the supplier portfolio. Requirements: Advanced English&Spanish proficiency, both spoken and written. 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related fields. Strong negotiation skills and contract management expertise. Excellent organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach. Knowledge of ERP systems (Dynamics NAV) and proficiency in MS Office. Ability to manage international suppliers and documentation. Nice to have: Experience in the electric mobility or renewable energy sector.
