About the Role Our EMEA Managed Investment Data Operations team is seeking a Data Research Analyst to process data across global markets. We are committed to delivering high-quality data and maintaining effective relationships with other teams. As a Data Research Analyst in the Data Division, you will collaborate closely with the Global Data Team and Local Business Representatives, focusing on data coverage, quality, and timeliness. The role is based in Madrid at our Data and Development Center and reports to the Associate Data Manager. Responsibilities Collaborate with global data teams Manage investment data points, processes, methodologies, and fund structures Build and maintain relationships with fund companies and data providers Set up acquisition channels for complex data and act as escalation point Meet production deadlines for clients Evaluate procedures, develop analytical tools, and improve processes Use project management methodologies like LEAN Six Sigma to resolve data issues Maintain high data accuracy, completeness, and coverage Respond promptly to data issues, providing updates and resolutions Understand internal roles and responsibilities to expedite issue resolution Translate client requests into specifications and user stories Document and improve client use cases to meet expectations Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Fluent in English and two other European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) Strong communication and teamwork skills Client-centric mindset Solid understanding of the financial industry and investment data Excellent organizational and time-management skills Experience with data methodology, quality, and processes is a plus Previous project management experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Python valued #J-18808-Ljbffr
