Seleccionem un/una SENIOR QUALITY TECHNICIAN per incorporar-se a una una important empresa industrial de la comarca d’Osona. La missió principal serà assegurar el sistema de qualitat, impulsar la millora contínua i garantir el compliment dels requisits interns i dels clients. Les principals funcions inclouran: - Gestió integral de les relacions amb clients: resposta àgil a incidències, seguiment d’accions i tramitació de la documentació requerida. - Suport al procés d’homologació de nous productes, incloent l’anàlisi de tendències, la preparació de panòplies i el compliment de regulacions alimentàries. - Manteniment i millora del sistema de qualitat segons ISO 9001 i BRC Packaging, gestió de calibracions i realització d’auditories internes. - Participació en la resolució de problemes i en el seguiment d’iniciatives d’estalvi i optimització. - Control i seguiment de la qualitat de proveïdors, incloent gestió de no conformitats i verificació documental. - Suport en l’actualització i anàlisi dels indicadors mensuals del departament. Requisits: - Estudis universitaris o grau superior. - Domini avançat d’ofimàtica (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Access). - Nivell d’anglès mig-alt. - Experiència mínima de 2 anys en un rol similar. S'ofereix: - Contracte estable - Desenvolupament professional i avaluació anual - Entorn orientat a la millora contínua. - Salari competitiu entre 34.000€ i 40.000€ anuals, segons perfil.
