In dieser Rolle fungieren Sie als Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereich und IT und überführen komplexe fachliche Anforderungen in umsetzbare technische Lösungen.Standort: 100 % Remote aus SpanienAUFGABEN:Analyse, Strukturierung und Dokumentation von fachlichen Anforderungen und GeschäftsprozessenEnge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, IT, Entwicklungsteams und StakeholdernUnterstützung bei der Gestaltung und Optimierung von End-to-End-Prozessen im EnergiemarktMitarbeit an Themen der MarktkommunikationÜbersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in umsetzbare User Stories und AkzeptanzkriterienBegleitung der Umsetzung in agilen EntwicklungsteamsSicherstellung einer klaren, nachvollziehbaren und vollständigen AnforderungsdokumentationANFORDERUNGEN:Relevantes Hochschulstudium für die PositionErfahrung als Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer oder Product Owner , idealerweise im Energiehandel , Direktmarketing oder vergleichbaren regulierten MarktumfeldernGutes Verständnis von End-to-End-Prozessen im EnergiemarktErfahrung in der Modellierung von Geschäftsprozessen (z. B.
