EHS Supervisor

Job Title: EHS Supervisor Location: Tarragona Region, Spain Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We’re seeking a Site EHS Supervisor to join our team and lead Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) efforts during construction and commissioning phases of a major industrial project. Reporting to the EHS Manager and Site Manager, you’ll ensure compliance with our EHS Management System and foster a strong safety culture across the site. Key Responsibilities: Provide EHS leadership and guidance to project teams and contractors. Implement site-level EHS plans and safety processes. Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and permit-to-work evaluations. Train and support personnel on EHS policies and best practices. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in EHS supervision on major construction projects. Strong knowledge of EHS management systems, industrial construction hazards, and Spanish legislation (OSHA knowledge a plus). Excellent communication and influencing skills; fluent in Spanish & English. Ability to work independently and under pressure in complex environments.
