Spanish fluency is required for this role. Responsibilities: Deliver working software each sprint, taking end-to-end responsibility for increments. Collaborate in cross-functional teams, utilizing M-shaped skills to contribute in multiple areas. Participate actively in Sprint Planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring full involvement in Agile events. Ensure high product quality through adherence to coding standards, testing, refactoring, and excellence. Work closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, maximizing the product value. Engage in continuous learning and improvement, focusing on both technical skills and process enhancements. Support and practice continuous integration, delivering automated build, test, and deployment processes. Promote transparency of work in progress and coordinate efforts across teams. Mentor and support team members, sharing knowledge and fostering collaboration. Take collective ownership of the product, sharing responsibility for successes and failures.
