About you:
- Education: Business administration and management, Marketing or similar.
- No required experience but we appreciate some knowledge.
- Languages: Catalan/Spanish + English B1/B2
- Other requirements:
- Analytical skills (data extraction and interpretation)
- High level of Office 365 (Excel, Word, PPT)
- 25-week hours / 650€ month
- 1 extra day off for your birthday

In the Product team and reporting to the Product Manager, we're looking for a teammate to learn and participate in the development of the collections and to have first contact with the working world in a sports fashion company.

About the Role:
- Assist in the collection development process by providing briefings of new products and proposing ideas to the Product Manager.
- In-depth analysis of the outdoor market by performing online benchmarking evaluating competitor prices and products.
- Analysis of the current portfolio by monitoring sales with Qlick Business Intelligence and proposing improvements in its evolution.
- Analyse market trends by grouping monthly reports published by WGSN.
- Gain hands-on experience and develop key skills by actively participating in strategic product development discussions and decision-making processes, while receiving guidance and mentorship from industry professionals.
